Follow the steps below to see all your coupons and whether they won or not.
On the desktop; You can access your sports bets from the “Betting History” section in the My Account menu, and the Casino games you have played from the “Game and Deposit/Withdrawal History” section.
On mobile; You can access the “Betting History” section in the menu that opens after clicking on the three-lined area at the top left of the page, at the beginning of the Betsmove logo.
You cannot cancel the coupons you have made; however, with our cash out feature, you can cash out your coupon at the price given to you by the system.
You can cash out the coupons you have accessed from the “Betting History” section from the same area.
With the Cashout feature, you can cash out your coupon that you think will not win or that you do not want to risk, at the price determined by the provider. This price may change depending on the score of the match you are playing or the current risk status.
The provider may not offer a cash out offer, if you accept the offer offered, it may not be approved in the system or the offer may change.

Partial Cash Out;
If you want to partially Cash Out your bet, use the slider in the ”Partial Cash Out” option in the Cash Out window to adjust your original bet amount to the amount you want to Cash Out. After selecting the correct amount, click on the “Cash-Out” button. The rest of your bet will be settled in accordance with the final result of your bet.
Automatic Cash Out;
With the “Automatic Cash Out” option, you can enter the appropriate amount between the minimum and maximum amounts determined by the provider and with the “Activate Rule” button, you can activate the automatic Cash Out system if the offer reaches your preferred cash out amount.
👉 In sports betting, if the unfinished or postponed matches are played within 24 hours, your bet will be settled according to the result of the match.
👉 If it is stated that the postponed matches will be played within 48 hours, 48 hours will be waited for your bet to be settled and your bet will be settled according to the result of the match.
👉 If the postponed time for the match is more than 48 hours, the bet you placed on this match will be evaluated at 1 odds and will be cancelled/refunded.
The maximum number of matches you can play on your coupon and the amount of your winnings vary depending on the odds you bet on and the amount you bet on.
Each competition has its own maximum bet limit, independent of other events. Adding many different matches to your coupon will affect the maximum bet amount you can bet on your coupon.
You can add a single match or as many matches as the provider allows and see the maximum bet amount you can bet on your coupon with the ”max” option.
If you add as many matches to your coupon as the provider allows and win by betting on the maximum amount, you can withdraw the entire amount within the daily limits.
The words single, combination, system refer to the types of bets,
Single bet: If there is only one match in your coupon, it is called a single bet.
Multiple bet: If there is more than one match in your coupon, it is called a combination bet.
System bet: If you want to win money even if some matches do not win in your combination coupon that you created, this type of bet that you can create is called a system bet. For example: you added 5 matches to your coupon and you want to win even if 4 of them win. Then you need to mark the system 4/5 option in the system coupon.
